[deleted] if you’d like to write a Wikipedia article for FreeFlarum for the purpose of saving internet history, I have nothing against it (Wikipedia is an open resource, after all, and I appreciate the efforts).

As I see it, your article is not overly bad but it still has a lot of room for improvement, especially regarding the proper use of English grammar. I don’t think that it will be accepted by Wikipedia editors without prior adjustments. I recommend that you familiarize yourself with similar Wikipedia pages first, so that yours can compare to them in terms of structure and quality (please, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Internet_forum_hosting for examples).

🤔….ya know, this is actually a pretty good idea.

Obviously the [deleted] user has merely attempted a Flarum Wikipedia draft concept, which is inadequate for Wikipedia publication. Although I do think [deleted] user deserves credit for their voluntary initiative. Good on them for having a go I say.

Perhaps the Flarum &/or FreeFlarum communities ought to consider collaborating on developing a high quality and comprehensive Flarum Wikipedia article.

Why?

Well, here’s 3 basic reasons off the top of my head:

Millions of us use Wikipedia daily.
A Flarum Wikipedia article would serve as an additional means of gaining public attention.
A Flarum Wikipedia article, if done right, could serve as an additional means of positive public promotion.

(*I’d have a crack at the Flarum Wikipedia article myself, however I am still too unfamiliar with Flarum at the moment and I lack the technical knowledgeability that I think will be necessary for this task.)

Vercingetorix FreeFlarum and Flarum are two different projects that are not affiliated with each other. If you’d like to create an article for Flarum, then I obviously have nothing against it and I too agree that it would be quite beneficial for the community. In fact, there already exists an article at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flarum - perhaps you could improve that?

Ohh…lol, 😂seems I’m a little late to the party.
But yeah nah I hear what you’re saying.
Sometimes I confuse the Titles due to the obvious similarities, however I do know Flarum™ is a distinctly separate entity entirely apart from the ©²⁰²⁴FreeFlarum entity. No worries there.
