Googol is the administrator of the forum NoteBBS, built using FreeFlarum, accessible at https://note.dynv6.net .
Recently, Googol’s NoteBBS forum has become a center of public attention, not for the quality of its content or the forum’s construction, but due to his actions causing widespread controversy and anger. Reports indicate that Googol has disseminated numerous unverified rumors on his forum, most notably the false claim that CleanNote is a destructive organization. These baseless allegations have not only caused public panic but also severely damaged CleanNote’s reputation.
In response to these accusations, 22c group have launched multiple DDoS attacks against NoteBBS, attempting to halt the spread of these rumors. These attacks have disrupted NoteBBS’s normal operations and adversely affected the overall reputation of the FreeFlarum platform.
According to FreeFlarum’s Terms of Service 2.11, the platform reserves the right to cancel or suspend any forum it deems detrimental to its service quality or reputation. Given that Googol’s actions directly resulted in his forum being targeted by DDoS attacks, his behavior clearly violates this provision.
Additionally, Googol has also engaged in slanderous and insulting behavior towards me and my platform, 145Hub, on other platforms. Such actions not only violate FreeFlarum’s Terms of Service 2.4 but also seriously disrupt the harmonious atmosphere of the community. This provision prohibits users from sharing content that violates local, state, or EU laws, constitutes personal attacks, harassment, insults, or hate speech, contains explicit pornography, or promotes piracy.
Overall, Googol’s conduct on his NoteBBS forum not only contravenes FreeFlarum’s Terms of Service but also tarnishes the overall reputation of internet communities. His dissemination of rumors and misconduct not only impacts the experience of other users but also disrupts the public order of online communities to some extent.
Therefore, I suggest that FreeFlarum take action to maintain the order of the online community.
