Improve member search box comment (RTL)

Hi @SKevo ! How are you again? I hope you are well.

When I go to the User Directory page, the members search box appears normally, but the phrase that should be in the middle of the search box, which says “Search all users”, appears in the wrong place.

So it appears on the right side of its original place - in the middle of the search box -

medelinor I have fixed it with this CSS:

.UserDirectorySearchInput input {
    margin-right: unset !important;
}

.User--directory .IndexPage-toolbar .IndexPage-toolbar-view {
    flex-direction: row-reverse;
}

Please, let me know if that works. FYI I have also fixed the spacing of social icons in user profiles.

Also, at this point I think it might be a good idea to compile all of the fixes so far into PRs for the RTL extension?
