Why is FreeFlarum not indexed on Microsoft Bing?

I remember that in March 2024, FreeFlarum could still be found on Microsoft Bing. Now, when searching for FreeFlarum, only Flarum and GitHub repositories can be found, and some subdomains, such as 145hub.freeflarum.com and support.freeflarum.com, are not indexed. Why is this?
