Login credentials issue

Hey there,

On our forum (https://solidstatelogic.flarum.cloud/login), we have one user who constantly has to reset his login details.

i.e. he has to go through the ‘forgot password’ process, set a new password etc. The first time he does this, he’s able to login to the forum but then, as soon as he logs out, his credentials are no longer remembered and he has to repeat the process.

Are there any obvious things he needs to try? Clearing cache etc?

AndyJ you mean that their credentials are not persisted in the database and the password he enters is incorrect every time he attempts to re-login? Could you tell me the ID of the user so I can have a look at it?

@Sketchxcoding - that’s correct. Sure, his ID is 34 and user name is Simon_N

@SKevo - just wondering if you had chance to look into this? The user is still having issues.
