I’m also getting log-in errors with my admin account and I cannot request password resets. Not sure why this is happening?

It seems like “Turnstile” extension is preventing registration. I disabled it and enabled hCaptcha and I was able to create an account.

It looks like the extension wasn’t configured properly, which is the reason why the issue happened
