RTL forum failure

A clear description of the issue:
Hello

I use an Arabic forum with reasonable activity. A short while ago, I noticed that everything I was on the right now moved to the left. This caused a major problem for the forum, leading to a poor user experience, to say the least.

I think there is a problem with the RTL extension or it has been removed.

In addition, I’m still having trouble accessing the forum’s control panel.
