KristinMarie there are no server logs indicating that there would be an issue with e-mail sending on your forum. To confirm this, you can go to Admin > Email and send a test mail to verify that the e-mail arrives successfully (also check spam folder, filters, etc.)
If the e-mail arrived successfully, you likely haven’t configured your notifications properly. In that case, please go to your user settings, you should see a table that lets you choose what kind of notifications you want to receive. Ensure that you have e-mail notifications for new posts turned on. NB also check the “Subscriptions” extension for more options, along with “FoF Follow Tags” and “Follow Users”
