Missing settings from extensions

A clear description of the issue: I’ve enabled some extensions a while ago, and I checked their settings to see if we could adapt them to the forum’s needs. However, recently, these settings have suddenly disappeared from my forum, and the extensions also do not work at all. I know there were settings for those extensions since I checked them before as well as their README stating their settings. Could this be fixed?

Almost all extensions are affected. Most of the non-effected ones are from flarum themselves.

8to16 the issue happens because the FoF Filter extension fails to initialize properly. JS errors:

Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "get", flarum.reg is undefined

I am not sure what went wrong there, updating the extension seemed to have fixed it though. The settings should load normally now, but let me know if something’s still wrong

Fixed, that was my bad, sorry (I forgot to revert perms of the storage dir when testing something). The blog should load now too
