I’ve downloaded the .zip files for both public and non public versions.
First, what is the difference? I’m running a localhost on Windows using ampps. It meets all the requirements.
When I find the CMS I like, I’ll install it on bluehost.
Both packages look the same to me. I see no install folder, or install.php. The documentation talks about installing it from a CLI. How do you install it on Windows? There is no CLI at hosting sites like bluehost even though they run Linux.
