Scheduler for FreeFlarum

A clear description of the issue: I’m considering using extensions like ZiVen’s extension “Daily Check-in” and FoF Drafts (for scheduled posts). And both of them, as I understand rely on scheduled tasks managed by flarum Scheduler.

Could you please clarify:

Does FreeFlarum have a global system-wide scheduler that runs the Scheduler periodically? If yes, how often does it run (e.g., every minute, every hour)?
Are there any limitations or requirements I should be aware of before enabling these extensions?

Since these extensions are available in the FreeFlarum extensions list, I assume there must be a way for them to function properly.

I’d just like to confirm the setup before activating them.

No. However, if a forum admin requires a scheduler, I can set it up manually for their forum. Would you like me to set up the scheduler for your forum?

None that I know of (other than the fact that the scheduler doesn’t work by default)

By the way, maybe it is good to add a line in the docs about how to set the Scheduler up for Freeflarum (e.g. “if a forum admin requires a scheduler, we can set it up manually for their forum, write on the support forum”, etc)?
