FoF Uploads Size at Max - How to delete some

Hi, my FoF Uploads Size is now: 106.77 % (533.83 MB / 500 MB).
Can I clear it myselve? Could not find the solution?
Ideal would be deleting everything 30 days or older.

You’d have to visit every user’s uploads and manually delete them. Alternatively:
