How to export Data?

Hello,

Id like to export my forum data. I clicked “Export data” in the settings, but I’m trying to follow these instructions. However, I’m only getting one file: export.gz, and I’m stuck on the third step.

Can you tell me how to proceed now? I don’t know how to unzip this file (there is only one file inside)

You need to unzip the export.gz file and you’ll get 2 files : the ziped forum database (.sql.gz) and a ziped folder contening your forum assets (logo, profile pictures, etc.)

tar -xvzf filename.gz -C destinationfolder
