Problem accessing my site

My forum URL is https://foro.arsoporte.com

I’m having a problem accessing my site (foro.arsoporte.com). Can you please help?

medelinor it seems that your domain was misconfigured, or is not active anymore (the CNAME record that FreeFlarum requires for it to function properly is missing). I have reset your URL back to https://arsoporte.freeflarum.com, so that you can access it there.

Unfortunately, I did not see the comment you posted, and in recent days I have been trying to fix the problem.
After I read your comment I removed any DNS fields related to the forum, so that I can access it via “https://arsoporte.freeflarum.com” and then I will ask you for help on how I will be able to link to it because I did not understand this help page well.

medelinor you have to update the CNAME record at your domain so that it points to cname.freeflarum.com at all times, then update your domain at your FreeFlarum settings (https://freeflarum.com/settings/forum_settings).

Also, do you perhaps have any feedback about the documentation to make it more understandable? I would like to improve it for everyone, and so I thank you for your input

To stay in line, I updated the CNAME to what was required, and here’s a screenshot:

I also noticed that the private domain name is not updated after adding it in the control panel and I receive an error (Error: foro.arsoporte.com does not CNAME to cname.freeflarum.com.)

As for the documentation, you are doing a good job, and as a suggestion, I think some screenshots or illustrations would add more value to it.
