zysftd you can download all of your data at https://freeflarum.com/settings/account_settings. Use your forum tag (name you chose during registration) and forum admin’s password to log in.
zysftd sorry, what do you mean? The data contains your database dump and assets, and is sufficient enough to migrate to a different hosting provider.
Are you perhaps downloading the right export? Look for the archived one, not the CSV export. Also see https://docs.freeflarum.com/en/tutorials/exporting-forum/
zysftd I assume that by “root file of the forum”, you mean the database and assets export that is available at https://freeflarum.com/settings/account_settings? If you mean something else, please clarify what you mean.

Try accessing the correct URL https://cpforum.voin.ink instead of flarum.cloud. If the error still persists, please share more details so that I know where I should look? Or do you perhaps mean that when you had attempted to download the export, an error occured?

zysftd but I have sent you links on how to setup Flarum and migrate from FreeFlarum? If you have followed these guides, how does the error occur and when? Could you please be more specific? Otherwise I can’t help you.
If you have trouble setting up Flarum yourself, I suggest you hire someone to do it for you.

But why? I have asked you multiple times, and I still have no idea what the issue is. There is clearly a place to download the entire export of your forum, including the database (at https://freeflarum.com/settings/account_settings).
If you are somehow experiencing issues with that, could you please elaborate on what went wrong, what error message appeared (if any did), etc… so that I can help you? Otherwise, this conversation is clearly not going anywhere and you are just wasting the time for both of us.
