FaQ in other languages still does not fix this issue, please fix it

xiaoxiaobai5724 multilingual support for docs is deprecated and will be removed in the future. The documentation will be in English only to stay consistent with the main FreeFlarum page, also due to lack of contributors for all the other languages.
