SKevo Vaultkeeper you can go to https://freeflarum.com/settings/account_settings and click on the “Download Data” button. This will include your assets + database dump, in a single archive file. You can also see https://docs.freeflarum.com/en/tutorials/exporting-forum/ for a simple overview of the export process
