Can't log in as admin

A clear description of the issue:
Hello, I installed the OAuth extension and didn’t get round to setting it up. I am now unable to log in as admin and have no other admins, could someone please remove the oauth extension from my forum please?

will that’s a bug in the maicol07-sso extension, I’ve disabled that one so you should be able to login
