FreeFlarum already runs into Flarum. We provide full database and assets export, which allows you to move your forum exactly as-is to a different hosting. So yes, you can export the data whenever you like (at https://freeflarum.com/settings/account_settings)

FreeFlarum doesn’t check how many users are currently online at your forum, so that is unmetered. For both offline and online users (e. g.: users that exist and are in the database), there is a hard limit of 20 000 users, per our Fair Use Policy. However please note that if 1 000 users are online and active at the same time, there is a high chance that we will notice the slowdown that it causes for other forums. At that point, we’ll reach out to you via e-mail and let you know about it & suggest how to resolve the situation.
